We are seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to join our Future Talent team, based at our Corporate Office in Subiaco. Reporting to the Future Talent Coordinator, this role is responsible for supporting and executing recruitment activities for Northern Star’s Graduate and Vacation Programs across our Australian operations.

This role is being offered on a 12 month Fixed-Term parental leave cover contract.


Here’s what awaits you:

  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and offer management
  • Partner with site-based stakeholders to provide strategic recruitment advice
  • Represent the Future Talent Team at external events, strengthening employer brand and attracting top early-career talent (including regional travel as required)
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, supporting onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive transition for new starters
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding activities within the SuccessFactors system


To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within early careers, high-volume or multi-site environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines
  • A proactive and solutions focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience
  • High level of computer literacy with experience in using SuccessFactors
  • Ability to travel to site as required

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Human Resource Management
  • Current Western Australian driver’s license
