Fixed remuneration

Variable remuneration
In addition to fixed remuneration, the majority of our employees are eligible to receive variable pay components, which include the Gold Price Variable bonus and a Short-Term Incentive.

The Short - Term Incentive is offered to eligible employees and is destined to reward our efforts as an organisation. The incentive is paid either quarterly or annually dependant on your employment classification.
