Currently our Procurement & Supply Department has a permanent & full-time opportunity for an experienced Senior Sourcing & Contracts professional to join the team, working out of our Subiaco Office.

This senior role will lead complex sourcing, contracting and commercial management activities across the business, as well as provide commercial oversight, strategic guidance and governance to ensure that all contractual arrangements support operational excellence, cost optimisation and risk mitigation.
- Lead the end-to-end source to contract process including RFx drafting and issuing, RFx clarifications, commercial evaluation, negotiations, award and contract formation.
- Leadership accountability for the Shipping and Logistics category, ensuring alignment between contracting strategies and logistics execution to support seamless supply chain operations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of savings plans and drive tangible cost savings and operational benefits through the contracting process.
- Provide contract advice to relevant end users and stakeholders.
- Prepare contractual documents and provide post award contract management services to the end users on an as required basis through to contract closeout or practical completion.

- Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally within the mining industry, is essential to the success of this role.
- Demonstrated ability in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for both goods and services contracts.
- Substantial experience in the development, negotiation, and ongoing management of contractual and commercial arrangements with service providers and suppliers.
- Experience managing logistics‑related, fixed plant and civil categories.
Qualifications: A qualification in Supply Chain & Logistics would be highly regarded, although not essential, as would CIPS Certification.
