We have an exciting Senior Mobilisation Coordinator position based at our Subiaco Corporate Office. Reporting to the Senior Project Coordinator - Camp & Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient & seamless mobilisation of both NSR and contractor personnel across the KCGM Gold Processing Plant in Kalgoorlie.

 

 

Here is what awaits you:

  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of mobilisation, including pre-mobilisation documentation verification and site entry requirements for all contractors and visitors.
  • Process flight (charter and commercial), accommodation and car hire bookings for the Owners team, all contractors and visitors.
  • Work closely with the site management team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process.
  • Re-scheduling and adapting rostering changes, ensuring communication of changes to the site management team.
  • Work with very high volumes of mobilisation of workforce employees within a fast turnaround time.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence.
  • Reporting to effectively manage compliance.

 

 

To thrive in this role:

As an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator, you have excellent people skills and are comfortable multi-tasking & prioritising. You also understand the complexities involved with the delivery of large-scale projects, as well as the importance of timely & efficient service across your remit.

 

 

Experience:

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of Success Factors, INX InFlight, INX+Process InTuition.
  • Three plus years of experience in high-volume personnel mobilisations.
  • A working knowledge of onboarding processes.
  • Current rostering experience in a busy mining or construction environment.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills, particularly across the Microsoft Office suite.
