We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Planning Systems Analyst to join the Northern Star corporate office. The primary focus of this role is the development and maintenance of Anaplan and group reporting systems.

Here’s what awaits you: 

• Maintain and enhance the Group’s Anaplan financial budgeting tool, ensuring best practice and developing new features as required.
• Support financial planning and operations by meeting reporting and data needs with Anaplan and other systems.
• Act as the primary contact for changes, advising on impacts, dependencies, and recommending alternatives if needed.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations to align systems, ensure data integrity, and implement improvements.
• Assist with master data management across finance systems, including Power BI, Workiva, Snowflake, and Pronto.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in Anaplan and other finance systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
• Contribute to ad-hoc finance systems improvement projects.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Experience:

• Extensive experience managing Anaplan environments and complex data models
• Proficient in integrating financial systems and using intermediate SQL (Snowflake a plus)
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, reporting, and budgeting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• Anaplan Solution Architect (or minimum Level 2 with 3+ yrs of Anaplan build experience)
