Northern Star Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Planning Analyst to join our team at our Subiaco Corporate office on a permanent full-time basis, working Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Senior Planning Analyst, you will support budgeting, forecasting and Anaplan activities across Northern Star's operations. Working closely with finance and operational teams, you will provide planning support, analysis and reporting, while contributing to the ongoing development and optimisation of Anaplan across the business.

- Support budgeting, forecasting and planning activities across Northern Star's operations.
- Assist in the development, maintenance and analysis of financial models, budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare insightful reporting, scenario modelling and ad hoc business analysis.
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to deliver accurate planning outcomes.
- Contribute to the implementation, enhancement and ongoing optimisation of Anaplan.
- Provide user training, support and guidance to drive effective adoption of Anaplan across the business.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across sites and corporate teams, with occasional site travel as required.
To thrive in this role, you will need.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in finance and business planning, preferably within the mining/resources sector, with a CA/CPA qualification, strong Excel skills, and exposure to Pronto, Anaplan or similar planning systems.
Qualifications: Degree qualified with CA/CPA (or equivalent) credentials and a current WA C-Class Driver’s Licence, supported by relevant professional experience.
