Currently our People & Culture Department has an opportunity for an experienced Administration professional with a passion for organisational development, learning and change to join the team, on an 18-month-contract, working at our Subiaco Office.

You will be joining a high performing team where you can:
- Enable organisational development and change by supporting the effective delivery of organisation‑wide development, improvement, and change initiatives that strengthen culture, capability, and ways of working.
- Coordinate and enable the delivery of high‑quality programs and initiatives, by ensuring learning, leadership, and organisational initiatives are well‑planned, coordinated, and delivered to achieve intended outcomes.
- Provide actionable insights for leaders and Board through delivering accurate reporting and insights that inform decision‑making, employee experience improvements, and organisational priorities.
- Enhance stakeholder experiences when you partner with leaders, employees, and vendors to deliver a consistent, professional, and positive experience,
- Embed quality and continuous improvement, through maintaining strong systems, processes, and content that enable consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across Culture & Capability programs.
To thrive in this role, you will need.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, providing comprehensive administrative support, ideally within a Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Organisational Development team environment.
- The ability to work across multiple portfolios of work simultaneously and prioritise your workload effectively, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience building successful and cohesive working relationships across different levels of stakeholder in a medium to large sized organisation.
- Strong digital literacy and experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint etc).
- Experience with or exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS), online communications platforms (Enboarder) or HRIS platforms (SAP - Success Factors) will be highly advantageous.
- An understanding of, or interest in organisational development, team and individual high performance principles, learning and development principles.
Qualifications:
- A Certificate or qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning & Development or equivalent.
