Northern Star Resources currently has a rare opportunity for a Land / Tenement Administrator to join the team at our Subiaco Corporate Office, on a permanent & full-time basis. Reporting to the Senior Land Advisor this key role will assist with the daily administrative functions of the Land Administration Team.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the land & tenement database and associated systems.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and coordinate actions to ensure statutory obligations are met.
- Coordinate the processing of payments under statutory and contractual obligations, including annual rents, local government rates, fees, and agreement payments.
- Support tenement lifecycle management, including applications, renewals, relinquishments, and other statutory lodgements.
- Prepare maps and spatial outputs to support tenement reporting and broader land management activities.
- Assist with the preparation, coordination, and administration of Warden’s Court matters.
- Stay informed about changes to relevant legislation, regulations, and government guidelines.
- Contribute to the monitoring third-party ground to identify availability and strategic opportunities for NST.

With a genuine interest & passion for the exploration/mining industry, you have a strong desire to learn & gain experience across the following: Western Australia and interstate Mining Acts; the Native Title Act; the Aboriginal Heritage Act; the Environmental Protection Act; the Mining Rehabilitation Fund Act; the Mines Safety and Inspection Act, along with compliance standards relating to mineral tenements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in land and tenement administration.
- Practical knowledge of Western Australian mining legislation and the Land Administration Act.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with regulators, internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with land and tenement administration systems such as LeaseControl, Expenditure Watch, LandTracker, Tengraph, DMPE Mineral Titles Online, and Pronto would be highly regarded.
- Comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders & building strong working relationships across your portfolio.

Eligibility.
