Northern Star Resources is seeking a Bookkeeper to join our Corporate Office in Subiaco on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis for 15 months, working Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Accountant, this role will support end‑of‑month processes and contribute to the efficient operation of the Finance function.

 

Here is what awaits you:

  • Support end‑to‑end month‑end processes, including journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Complete intercompany and bank reconciliations across multiple currencies
  • Review invoice coding, cost allocations, intercompany charges, and prepare reallocations and recharges
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules
  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable invoicing, and credit card allocations
  • Support eliminations and group reporting processes as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide ad hoc support to the Senior Corporate Accountant and wider Finance team.

 

To thrive in this role, you will need:

 

Experience Proven bookkeeping experience with strong ERP exposure (Pronto), advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliations), and experience supporting month‑end, financial reporting, and consolidation processes using tools such as Workiva and FloQast.

Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping (Certificate IV or higher), together with a current Australian C‑Class driver’s licence.
