What is the role on offer? 
 
As a Graduate Mining Engineer, you will be immersed in a structured development program designed to support you in achieving engineering milestones. You’ll gain hands-on experience across critical areas such as Drill & Blast, Production, Ventilation, Mine Planning and more. You’ll contribute meaningfully to site performance while developing the practical skills for a successful mining career.  
 
Our program also guarantees the completion or finalisation of the practical operating requirements for your First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate or Quarry Manager’s Certificate creating a clear pathway towards long-term career progression in mining.  

 
As part of our Graduate program, you will have:
