As part of our FY27 additional crew allocation, we are now looking for experienced Fixed Plant Electrician's to join us at our Thunderbox operations. Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, the primary role is to utilise skills and knowledge to complete electrical maintenance and installation tasks in all surface operations including the village, in a safe and productive work environment.
What you can look forward to:
- Working as part of the maintenance team, providing an effective and responsive maintenance function to the production section.
- Completing preventative & breakdown maintenance tasks as directed by the Supervisor or from Work Order instructions.
- Recording of all electrical repairs, test results, incidents, maintenance, installations and inspections
- Ensuring relevant environmental considerations are considered from work orders, particularly hydrocarbon management (oil spills etc.)
- Develop and carry out HV switching programs and issue HV permits.
Where you’ll add value:
- Previous similar fixed plant electrical experience
- Experience in PLC Systems & Control Communication Systems
- Citect & Field instrument (preferred); Pronto experience (preferred)

Qualifications:
- Electrical Trade Qualification & WA Electrical Licence
- First Aid Qualifications - LVR & CPR
- HV Switching ticket (Desirable)
- Cert 3 Instrumentation or Higher (Desirable)
