About the opportunity:

Northern Star has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Ancillary Process Operator at our Carosue Dam Operations offered on an 8/6 - 7/7 Wednesday to Wednesday rotation, FIFO ex Perth & ex Busselton.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, your areas of responsibility will include;

• Provide feedstock of ROM Pad material to the Crusher ROM bin safely and efficiently, minimising as far as possible oversize material and thus down time due to Bin and Jaw Crusher blockages.
• Operate plant and equipment in accordance with documented safe working procedures  to maximise plant efficiencies
• To manage the ROM pad as your work area, within the scope of company policy, and be proactive in relation to its safe operation  

Skills and Experience:

• Must be able to operate loader (988H), Rockbreaker, 777 Trucks and Water Carts
• Experience with (or the willingness to learn) Crusher, Tanks & Mill
• Able to work unsupervised on routine tasks
• Physically fit and able to lift 15kg with moderate repetition
• Understanding of hazard identification and high regard for safety
