Northern Star Resources is seeking an experienced Mining Supervisor to join our Bronzewing Operations on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Mine Superintendent, this FIFO opportunity from Perth operates on 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (Tuesday to Tuesday) roster and is responsible for leading mining crews to safely and efficiently deliver production outcomes in line with the mine plan.

- Lead and coordinate daily surface mining operations to safely achieve production targets.
- Optimise people, equipment, and resources to maximise productivity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor crew performance, safety compliance, and provide clear direction throughout shifts.
- Foster a strong safety culture by proactively identifying and managing workplace hazards.
- Collaborate with operators and HSE teams to maintain safe and efficient mining activities.
- Maintain accurate production, incident, and personnel records to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training, feedback, and performance management.
To thrive in this role, you will need.
Experience: Demonstrated experience leading open pit mining teams, with strong operational knowledge in hard-rock mining environments and a commitment to safe, efficient production outcomes.
Qualification: Hold a Section 26 Statutory Certificate, strong knowledge of WA mining legislation, and a current WA C Class Driver's Licence, with First Aid certification highly regarded.
