Work Location: Carosue Dam

Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off

What can look forward to:

• Support with the generation and implementation of underground development and stoping designs.
• Support and monitor mine ventilation network designs, backfill designs and ground control and support designs.
• Conduct post mining reconciliation reviews.
• Present weekly production schedules to mine operations and geology departments.
• Conduct workplace inspections in the underground mine to identify, communicate, and assist with potential safety hazards.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need

Expertise and Accomplishments:

• Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
• Exposure in underground mining environment
• Advanced computer skills such as Excel & Powerpoint
• Experience and/or training in VentSim, Deswik, or other mine design software packages (desirable)
• Working knowledge of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
