We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our site-based HR Team at Jundee Operations in the Northern Goldfields. This permanent full-time role is offered on 8 days on 6 days off roster flying in and out of Perth. Reporting to the HR Superintendent, this opportunity will suit a detail-oriented professional looking to further advance their HR career. 

 

Here’s what awaits you: 

 

  • Provide advice and guidance to supervisors and managers on employment and industrial relations matters
  • Partnering with leadership teams to engage and support employees, fostering a positive workplace culture across the site.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR and Payroll matters.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics to ensure alignment with site objectives.
  • Assist in employee-related investigations and support the resolution of issues through facilitated discussions and meetings, while applying a risk management approach to each step of the process.
  • Facilitate site-based leadership training as required and regularly present HR related information to leaders and teams
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Administer high volume of contract variations for site-based employees, and facilitate the smooth transfer of employees between sites, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed efficiently.
  • Maintain and update HR data, including organizational charts, databases, and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

 

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

 

Experience:  Demonstrated experience in Human Resources space, preferably within resources sector.

 

Qualifications: Qualification or relevant work experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or similar, coupled with current Australian C - Class Drivers licence. Cert IV in Training and Assessment will be advantageous.

 

Passion for Growth: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization, and the ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
