We are now hiring Experienced Dump Truck Operators to join our Bannockburn site, located in the goldfields region for Northern Star Surface Mining (NSSM).

Reporting to Production Supervisor you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a range of Hitachi EH3500 Dump Trucks to achieve production targets while maintaining high safety and operational standards. This role is on a 2:1 roster 7days7nights.

Here’s what awaits you: 

• Driving the rigid Hitachi 3500AC-3 truck 
• Performing pre-start checks and reporting maintenance issues
• Following designated haul routes and traffic procedures
• Working closely with excavator operators, dispatch, and supervisors
• Staying alert to changing pit conditions and site hazards
• Completing production records and clear shift handovers
• Supporting a safety-first, team-driven work environment

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 24 months' experience operating mechanical or electric haul trucks in an open pit mining environment
• A valid WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork ethic
• Solid understanding of open pit mining operations
