We are looking for two Capital Projects Supervisors to join our Jundee operation. Reporting to the Capital Projects Manager, these roles will provide dedicated project execution and statutory supervision capability, ensuring capital projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with operational requirements.

 

What you can look forward to:

  • Take accountability for the safe and efficient execution of approved capital projects.
  • Fulfil statutory supervisor obligations, including S26 requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and statutory requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day contractor performance, site coordination and project delivery activities.
  • Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues throughout execution.
  • Support commissioning, handover and project close-out activities.
  • Work closely with operations, contractors and project stakeholders to deliver practical project outcomes.

 


Where you’ll add value:

  • Proven experience delivering mining projects within an operational environment.
  • Strong contractor management and project execution capability, with a practical, hands-on approach to project delivery.
  • Experience in project scoping, planning, estimating and budgeting.
  • Adaptable and capable of responding effectively to changing site priorities and conditions.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to develop practical project solutions and progress into broader project management responsibilities.
  • Ideally, a trade background with strong operational and contractor management experience, or an engineering background with the capability to develop into future project scoping, planning and budgeting activities.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively with operations, contractors and project stakeholders.

 


Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Mining or Civil Engineering, or a relevant trade qualification.
  • S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.
  • Current WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence.
