NSMS are chasing Heavy Duty Mechanical Trade Qualified Leading Hands for our Kalgoorlie and Yandal Operations! FIFO, Residential or Relocation packages on offer.  Promising a long term and fulfilling future, join our esteemed maintenance team on the convenience of an even time roster.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience within a heavy duty mining environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead teams in an underground environment.
  • Ability to train and pass on knowledge to maintenance personnel.
  • Computer literacy - Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices
  • Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
  • Safety first mentality for yourself and others

Qualifications:

  • Hold an Australian recognised mechanical trade qualification
  • Minimum "C" Class unencumbered driver’s licence
