We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Advisor to join our team in Kalgoorlie on a 12-month fixed-term contract—with the potential for permanency.

 

Location: Kalgoorlie (residential)

Roster: 5/2, 4/3 (10-hour days) or 5/2 (9-hour days)

Here’s what awaits you: 

As a Talent Advisor, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions
  • Draft and publish job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications
  • Oversee pre-employment checks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Facilitate onboarding and site mobilisation for new employees
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and process HR-related invoices
  • Represent Northern Star professionally at industry and recruitment events

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • A proactive approach and commitment to delivering a seamless candidate experience
  • Previous recruitment experience is welcome—but not essential. If you’re eager to learn and ready to grow, we’ll support you every step of the way.
