We have an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Talent Advisor to join our team in Kalgoorlie, with the potential for permanency.

Location: Kalgoorlie (residential)
Roster: 5/2, 4/3 (10-hour days) or 5/2 (9-hour days)

We are seeking a highly organized professional with strong administration and communication skills to support our growing workforce.

Here’s what awaits you:

As a Talent Advisor, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates
• Preparing job advertisements, coordinating phone screens and interviews, and managing the hiring process with key stakeholders
• Overseeing pre-employment checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Managing the onboarding and site mobilisation of new employees
• Developing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, leveraging various recruitment platforms
• Processing HR-related invoices and maintaining recruitment records
• Representing Northern Star professionally at industry and recruitment events
