We have an exciting opportunity for a Security Supervisor at our KCGM operation that boasts a +10-year mine life. Join our dedicated team working Residential on a 5:2, 4:3 (9 hrs per shift) roster and help ensure the safety and security of our people, assets, and operations.

 

Here’s what awaits you:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of security personnel across multiple shifts.
  • Oversee surveillance systems, patrols, and incident response.
  • Conduct security audits and risk assessments to enhance site safety.
  • Liaise with emergency services and law enforcement when required.
  • Mentor and train security staff in emergency procedures and conflict resolution.

 

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • 3–5 years of security experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using security systems and reporting tools.
  • A valid security license (as required by WA regulations).
  • CPR/First Aid certification and conflict de-escalation training (preferred).
