Safety Training Superintendent wanted for our Kalgoorlie Operations!
Our Kalgoorlie Operations are seeking an experienced Safety Training Superintendent to lead our on-site Safety and Training team. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving the implementation of the NSMS Safety Management System while providing leadership, mentoring and direction to a team of safety and training professionals. You will play a critical role in fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence across site.

- Kalgoorlie Residential or FIFO from Perth
- Lead, mentor and develop the site's Safety and Training team to deliver exceptional safety performance and workforce capability
- Work at our Kalgoorlie Operations based close to Kalgoorlie’s city centre!
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Experience:
- Multiple years of experience leading safety and/or training teams within the mining industry
- Extensive site-based experience in safety and training ideally within underground mining operations
- Exposure to mechanised hard-rock underground mining environments
- Detailed working knowledge of the relevant mining health and safety legislation
- Familiarity with INX database modules such as InTuition, InFlight and InControl
Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
- Lead Investigator (ICAM preferred)
