Join Our Team: Operations Administrator – Kalgoorlie
Northern Star Mining Services (NSMS) are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operations/Site Administrator for a 7:7 (12-hour) roster. Kalgoorlie residential is preferred, however FIFO arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Operations Centre in Kalgoorlie and take the next step in your administrative career and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

- Open to FIFO Administrators / Residential Preferred
- Convenient Location – potentially 5 minutes from home
- Hands-On Role – provide critical support to our Operations Centre
- Leadership Opportunity – lead and mentor the NSMS Administration Team
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Experience:
- Minimum 24 months administration experience (Senior Site Admin, Admin Coordinator)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with PRONTO, INX and SAP systems
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (highly regarded)
- Current Australian 'C' Class Driver’s Licence

- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritise tasks and work autonomously
