We have a challenging and enjoyable Maintenance Service Person position awaiting you at the iconic KCGM Superpit Operation that boasts a +10-year mine life. Promising a long term and fulfilling future, join our esteemed Open Pit Mobile Maintenance team on the convenience of an 14:14 Days & Nights Kalgoorlie Residential roster. 

Here’s what awaits you:

• Working within the Mobile Maintenance Team and liaising with Dispatch to ensure that all mechanical maintenance activities are performed in a safe, timely, professional and effective manner.
• Working with the team and providing support in basic tasks, servicing and refueling but not limited to.
• Providing feedback in the continual improvement of systems and procedures employed by the Department.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Experience:

Experience in a Mobile Maintenance environment operating a service truck on a Mine Site (preferably 2 years minimum). Basic understanding of preventative maintenance processes. Experienced with Ultra Class Mining Equipment. Competent computer skills with the ability to use integrated management systems (eg. Pronto), word processing and spreadsheet applications. Ability to identify machine defects and safety issues. HRWL – Forklift/EWP/Working At Heights  for the desirable candidate.

Qualifications:

Western Australian Construction White Card. Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence. Current “HR” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
