We have an enticing Maintenance Planner position awaiting you at iconic KCGM Superpit that boasts a +10-year mine life. Promising a long term and fulfilling future, join our esteemed maintenance team on the convenience of a 5:2, 4:3 10hr days residential family friendly roster. 

 

Here’s what awaits you:

  • Providing maintenance planning and scheduling to support the site’s truck, loading and ancillary fleet planning activities.
  • Working closely with the engineering and maintenance execution team.
  • Identifying and pro-actively initiating maintenance & safety improvement opportunities.
  • Interacting during execution events to continuously improve planning accuracy.
  • Providing technical support and advice to the operations.
  • Managing work order data and maintenance documentation, Ordering of planned components and parts.
  • Developing accurate Work Packs that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of work execution, consistently improve business systems through Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
  • Work Management leadership and providing effective coaching and training.

 

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

 

Desired Experience & Competencies:

  • Trade Certificate and/or Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years relevant mining experience in a maintenance environment
  • Computer literacy - Microsoft Office, Pronto Xi
  • Good communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain or exceed best industry practice in all Work    Management tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to improved Asset Management procedures and practices.
  • Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
  • Exposure to AMT will be considered advantageous

 

Qualifications: Current unencumbered "C" Class Western Australian Manual Drivers Licence.
