We are looking for a Load & Haul Administrator to join our KCGM operation.
Reporting to Alternate Open Pit Manager you will play a vital role in managing ad hoc queries from the KCGM Open Pit Mining personnel, providing assistance or redirecting queries to the appropriate point of contact as required.
This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team. Providing administrative and operational support to the Open Pit Mining team, including managing leave and attendance records, workforce forecasting and casual manning requirements. Maintain accurate employee, safety and operational records, coordinate workplace resources and equipment requests, and respond to general employee queries while supporting day-to-day departmental requirements.

What you can look forward to:
- Ordering & managing general & special consumables for Open Pit Operations.
- Oversight of department expenses, requisitions, purchases & EOM reconciliation.
- Entering and overseeing all Maintenance Requests for Production (portaloos, hire buildings, damaged buildings, signs for active mining zones etc). Tracking of all hired assets such as hire buildings in the Open Pits.
- Managing absenteeism, Production roster & ensuring numbers required for production daily are met.
- Managing the correspondence and communications of the Open Pit Operations Leadership team.
- Enacting any reasonable request instructed by the Mining Superintendent.
