We have an enticing Load & Haul Administrator residential position awaiting you at the world class KCGM Operation that boasts a +10-year my life. Promising a long term and fulfilling future, join our esteemed technical team on the convenience of an 8:6 (11 hour days) roster. 

 

Here’s what awaits you:

  • Ordering & managing general & special consumables for Open Pit Operations. Auditing of building standards and assiting  Superintendent & Coordinator with meetings and meeting minutes ensuring actions are being tracked and recorded.
  • Managing the correspondence and communications of the Open Pit Operations Leadership team. Entering and overseeing all Maintenance Requests for Production (portaloos, hire buildings, damaged buildings, signs for active mining zones etc).
  • Oversight of department expenses, requisitions, purchases & EOM reconciliation.
  • Production roster management ensuring numbers required for production daily are met.
  • Tracking of all outstanding INX actions for Open Pit Operations team and overseeing Connected Mine data for new & existing assets. Tracking of all hired assets such as hire buildings in the Open Pits. Stocking of in field safety despensors.

 

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures.
  • High level of time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly MS office suite.
  • Current Unencumbered Western Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence.
