We have an enticing Human Resource Advisor position awaiting you. Promising a long term and fulfilling future, join our esteemed team on the convenience of a 5/2 4/3 (10-hour days) roster. This is a residential role, based in Kalgoorlie. Be home every night!
Here's what awaits you:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to supervisors and managers on employment and industrial relations matters, while partnering with leadership teams to engage and support employees, fostering positive employment outcomes across the site.
- Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics to ensure alignment with site objectives.
- Assist in employee-related investigations and support the resolution of issues through facilitated discussions and meetings.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Administer salary and benefit variations for site-based employees, and facilitate the smooth transfer of employees between sites, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed efficiently.
- Maintain and update HR data, including organisational charts, databases, and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Experience: Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor role, using SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS system, accompanied by a background in the resources industry - preferably in a site-based capacity.
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Human Resource, Industrial Relations, or similar experience, coupled with current Australian C - Class Drivers licence
Passion for Growth: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
