Here’s what awaits you:

• You'll play a key role in launching a state-of-the-art Core Processing Facility, leveraging cutting-edge technology to revolutionize our operations.

• Lead a High-Performance Team: Manage and inspire a team of geology technicians to process up to 1200m of diamond drill core daily, from the world-renowned Golden Mile, with further growth expected over the coming years.
• Streamline Operations: Collaborate with teams of geologists and geotechnical engineers to prioritise core processing, ensuring smooth & efficient workflows, with zero backlogs.
• Field Supervision: Oversee field geology technicians in preparing surface drill pads for diamond and RC drilling across the KCGM portfolio.
• Technology Integration: Investigate, trial, and incorporate new and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications: Unencumbered ‘C’ Class  WA licence, forklift ticket (desired)

Experience: Core Processing Expertise, optimally manage a fully functional core processing facility, collaborative communication, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adapting to various communication styles and working effectively with diverse teams.
