We are actively seeking experienced Excavator Operators for our Gold Field Operations, working a 2/1 roster (rotating dayshifts and nightshifts) flying in and out of Perth.

Here’s what awaits you: 

• Consistently achieve or exceed productivity targets.
• Excavate according to design boundaries for ore bodies, berms, and pit walls.
• Maintain dig face, floor, and bench conditions to support safe and efficient operations.
• Control loading techniques to optimise truck fill factors, cycle times, and productivity.
• Adhere to set housekeeping standards.
• Perform pre-start checks.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence. 
• Experience operating excavators in a production enviroment
• Proven commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Flexible, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
