We are looking for a Crushing Coordinator to join our KCGM operation.
Reporting to Production Superintendent you will play a vital role in being accountable for the safe, coordinated and efficient delivery of ore through the primary crushing area.
This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team. Aligning people, mobile equipment, crusher operations, maintenance and ore blending requirements to achieve production targets, protect plant integrity and maintain feed continuity to the processing plant.

What you can look forward to:
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day crusher, ROM and ore rehandle function to safely deliver the required tonnes, blend and feed sequence.
- Display comprehensive knowledge of key performance indicators and take necessary actions to ensure production and financial success.
- Manage headcount in line with approved budget and ensure that the department is positively resourced, assist with engaging with other Company leaders and Recruitment as required.
- Drive the engagement and development of a performance-driven department and create an environment for development opportunities to build employee capability.
- Coordinate Production Supervisors, Crusher Operators, Crusher Assistants, loading units and haulage resources to maintain feed continuity.
- Provide visible leadership in the field and ensure hazards, incidents and employee concerns are acted on promptly.
- Ensure ore handling activities control dust, spillage, hydrocarbons and waste, and that housekeeping standards are maintained across the crusher and ROM areas.
Where you’ll add value:
- Proven ability to manage and lead production and/or crusher teams in a high-performance, safety-focused and cost-effective environment.
- Previous experience managing, leading and promoting a safe, productive and cost-effective workforce.
- Effective Operational planning skills with the ability to production and/or crusher team meets or exceeds the required forecasts and/or budget.
- Strong understanding of mining industry safety standards, rules and procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mining equipment capabilities, utilisation strategies, and maintenance coordination.
Qualifications:
- Current S26 Certification
- Current Unencumbered Western Australian “C” Class Driver’s Licence
- Extensive practical experience (7 years +) in open pit mining operations, including Loading, Hauling and Blend.
