We are currently recruiting Apprentice Heavy Diesel Fitters at our Kalgoorlie Operations. Please note: this is a residential position and candidates must reside in the Kalgoorlie area.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must be a resident of the Kalgoorlie area.
  • At least 18 years of age (to work in an underground workshop).
  • Commitment to completing a 4-year apprenticeship.
  • Minimum education: Year 10 or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work a 7/7 roster (12-hour shifts).
  • Pre-apprenticeship or related experience (desirable).
  • Current Australian manual “C” class driver’s licence.
  • Passion for the trade and a drive to succeed in the role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Self-motivation, a commitment to quality, and a focus on safety.

Candidates must meet our pre-employment criteria which includes a medical, drug and alcohol screening, relevant right to work and valid Australian national police clearance.
