Heavy Diesel Mechanic – Underground (International)

Position Details: 

• Job Title: Underground HD Mechanic/Fitter

• Location: Pogo Operations – Alaska USA 

• Employment Type: Full-time International Secondment, FIFO from any Australian Capital City
• Roster: 21/21, 12hr days

Key Responsibilities: 

• Utilising your skills and knowledge to complete maintenance tasks on underground mobile and associated ancillary equipment 
• Undertake diagnostic, breakdowns, preventative maintenance to a high standard.
• Complete work in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide technical advice and support to fellow Maintenance team members.

• Working with our latest low hour Sandvik and Epiroc Fleet 

Qualifications: 

• Australian recognised mechanical trade qualification 

• Minimum ‘C’ Class unencumbered Manual Drivers License 

• Practical experience working within a heavy-duty environment 

• Excellent fault-finding skills with the ability to carry our preventative and breakdown maintenance
