Northern Star Resources has a rewarding opportunity for a Talent Advisor to join our team in Kalgoorlie on a fixed term 12-month contract.  

 

The position is a residential role, based in Kalgoorlie on a 5/2, 4/3 (10-hour days) or 5/2 (9-hour days) roster. 

 

We are looking for someone who is a well organised professional with strong administration and communication skills.

 

About the role

You will be responsible for all end-to-end recruitment activities including:

  • Build strong relationships all stakeholders, and the broader Human Resources team.
  • Prepare advertisements, coordinate phone screens and interviews in conjunction with all relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate pre-commencement checks ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Completing site mobilisation activities.
  • Proactive and strategic sourcing of candidates for hard to fill roles including maintaining talent pools through various recruitment platforms and methods
  • Administer the payment of HR invoices.
  • Represent the Company at relevant industry and recruitment events in a professional and knowledgeable manner
