- Location: Kalgoorlie Operations
- Employment Type: Permanent Full Time, 7/7 roster 12hr shifts

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of light vehicle mechanics and apprentices
- Oversee maintenance scheduling and ensure timely servicing of the light vehicle fleet
- Conduct fault diagnostics, repairs, and quality control inspections
- Maintain safety, compliance, and operational standards across all workshop activity
- Liaise with suppliers, site supervisors, and other departments to ensure fleet availability
- Manage maintenance records, stock control, and reporting systems
- Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leading hand role
- Australian recognised Mechanical Trade qualification
- Practical mining experience working as a Light Vehicle Fitter or Mechanic
- Minimum ‘C’ Class unencumbered Manual Driver’s License
- Excellent fault-finding skills with the ability to carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Failure analysis concepts and exposure.
- Senior First Aid certificate (desirable)
