Reliability Superintendent - KCGM
We have an enticing Reliability Superintendent position awaiting you at the world class KCGM Operation that boasts a 10year+ mine life.

Here’s what awaits you:
- Coordinate and supervise the reliability team to collate and identify the root causes of downtime
- Determine and deliver equipment strategies, identify defect elimination, and produce life cycle analysis to ensure that optimum safety and plant operability is achieved throughout the fixed plants at KCGM
- Provide strong positive leadership through coaching, mentoring, and developmental activities ensuring training & succession plans are in place for the reliability team
- Family friendly roster with a FIFO option for the successful candidate
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree majoring in Mechanical engineering from a recognised tertiary institution and a Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
Experience: The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Reliability/Mechanical engineering with strong leadership and communication skills.
This role will suit someone with a demonstrated commitment to team development and the ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions by thinking outside of the box.
