Operations Administrator

Northern Star Mining Services (NSMS) are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Site Administrator for a 7:7 (12-hour) roster. Kalgoorlie residential only.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 24 months administration experience (Senior Site Admin, Admin Coordinator)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with PRONTO, INX and SAP systems

 

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (highly regarded)
  • Current Australian 'C' Class Driver’s Licence

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritise tasks and work autonomously
