Operations Administrator (NSMS)

NSMS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team, providing administrative support at our Operations Centre in Kalgoorlie.

Here’s what awaits you:

• 5:2/4:3 or 5/2 Roster
• Work 5 minutes from home
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Centre
• Lead the NSMS Administration team

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Experience: To succeed in this role the successful applicant must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a Site or Operations Administrator role, Microsoft Office Experience, PRONTO, INX and SAP experience.

Qualifications: Formal qualifications in Business Administration or similar is highly desirable, Current WA ‘C’ Class drivers licence

Passion for Growth: This is a fast-paced role that is best suited to someone who can think quickly on their feet, problem solve when required and has excellent attention to detail.
